Fitch Upgrades Channelside's Carlsbad Desalination Plant Debt to 'A-'

Fitch Ratings has upgraded the following debt issued by the California Pollution Control Financing Authority on behalf of Channelside Water Resources LP (Channelside, formerly Poseidon Resources (Channelside) LP) and the San Diego County Water Authority for the Carlsbad desalination plant to “A-“ from “BBB”. The San Diego County Water Authority provides all revenue for the project.
